Our People

Jim Ferry

Jim is the Project Co-ordinator at D2 and has been involved in youth and community work for many years.  Jim manages D2 FC, who won the league this year.  Jim is also kept busy fundraising to keep the project going.

Jean Ward

Jean works with the Young Women’s Group and the Young Tenants Drop In.  Jean is also happy to help young people with problems around relationship difficulties, housing issues etc, and has been with the project for 8 years.

Carol-Ann Grey

Carol-Ann is a Senior Mentor Development Worker, currently working with the TRAIL Project (Transition to Routes and Independent Living).  Carol-Ann delivers personal development courses to students attending local schools and has been with the project for 7 years.

Angela Smith

Angela has been with the project for 3 years and has recently completed her Diploma in Youth & Community Work Studies at Sunderland University.  Angela is involved with the Giving Back project.

Vince Bilcliffe

Vince is the newest member of the team, starting in December 2004.  Vince is involved with the Youth Forum and Healthy Living Group.

Heather Collins

Heather has been with the project for nearly 2 years and is employed as an Admin. Assistant.

Marie Callan

Marie has been with the project for 7 years and is the project Administrator, working closely with Heather.
